all aboard...the minivan express!

we kicked off the christmas weekend 

with a fun new tradition!

after we put the boys to bed for the night

we made hot cocoa, popped popcorn and got the tickets ready...

for the minivan express!

the boys thought we were crazy for getting them out of bed!

we handed them their tickets to board,

cocoa and popcorn,

and headed out!

we drove all around town looking at christmas lights

and listening to christmas music!

this was such a fun and unexpected little surprise for the kids.

i think we will have to bring back the minivan express again next year!
